“Harleen”

Ambika Raina created the film “Harleen”, aocumentary photography video exposing some experiences of 22-year-old Harleen Kaur in relation to religion, nationality, and identity.

Ambika holds a BFA in Dance and a BS in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan, but she asks questions about a lot of other things, too. She uses movement as a reflection of identity and choreography as a frame for experience.
